Bromwell's Caramel Apples
This jam takes you right back to the circus... We chose Honey Crisp Apples because they are crisp and juicy, with a honeyed, sweet-tart flavor and because they retain their crunch, combining them with cane sugar and lemon juice makes for a true caramel apple experience.
The Honeycrisp first came about in 1960 from the University of Minnesota’s apple breeding program as the result of the cross pollination of a Macoun and Honeygold apple by brushing the pollen of a Macoun flower against that of a Honeygold flower, by hand. In 2006 it was made the Minnesota State Fruit, yep...
We're selling this jam from October 22nd thru October 28th and all of the sales of this and our "Apple Walnuts and Thyme" are being donated to Bromwell Elementary School's Annual Fund. Please join us in eating these apples and also in supporting the Annual Fund! Please also note that all of our Apple Jams will be delivered on Tuesday the 30th of October!
