    Our Page Mandarin Marmalade is delightfully bright.  This is the most flavorful member of the mandarin family and the marmalade is vivid, juicy and sweet with a balanced bitterness from the rind...  Wonderful on toast just as it is as a glaze for fish.

    The Page Mandarin's bright flavor can be attributed to its parentage which is three-fourths mandarin (Clementine) and one-fourth grapefruit ( Minneola Tangelo).  They were first produced in Orlando, Fla. in 1963 and suffice to say, they are delicious.
